Eligibility For Re-registration
If a motor vehicle of which registration certificate has been revoked and records crossed off pursuant to Section 34 is produced for re-registration, such a motor vehicle shall be registered pursuant to Section 16 and another registration certificate shall be given to the motor vehicle owner, by collecting the renewal fees due to be collected pursuant to Section 31 and additional fees as well as a fine that is two-fold of the additional fees referred to in Sub-section (4) of Section 31 for the years after which it has been produced for registration.
